as a black man whos got family who worked in Greek & Italian food spots for a sum of 49 years, i was destined to know how to cook. i like cooking & its another art that i take pride in.. mainly because i like to eat - & i like to make my food look good. its a recreation that i'm seeing a lot of women fail in though.. sad, sad thing.

anyway, i gotta make one of these or both soon though. i've been slacking: chicken parmesan & chicken marsala.
