if you didn't know Jay-Z has been getting everything situated to bring the New Jersey Nets back home.. - to Brooklyn. well, New York he did it Friday (Mar 12th). he got up with the governor of NY, David Patterson, the mayor, Michael Bloomberg & Forest City Ratner Company's chairman & CEO, Bruce Ratner & they politiced & had the celebration for the new arena.
Barclays Center at Atlantic Yards is a 18,000 world class seating arena, which is in ownership with Onexim Sports & Entertainment - yall know who that is - Mikhail Prokhorov. Jigga will has this joint on point cause its gonna host about 200 events annually, including professional & collegiate sports, & that means off top, Nets basketball. the arena is going to be ready for the 2011-2012 NBA season & i'm looking forward to it. Jiggaman whaaat!
